Xing's Audio Catalyst includes Audio grabber and Xing's MP3 Encoder. Extremely fast encoder with variable bitrate and high freq range. It is fully graphic driven and extremely easy to use. Includes VBR encoding, CDDB support, and will ramp up to 20khz. (release status: severely crippled demoware/trialware - almost not worth the download unless your serious about buying.) Macintosh & Windows.
