Wplay is ased on the XAudio decoding engine, thus it is on the high end of cpu users. It stopped several time during play on my 333 Celron.
The AudioManager is excellent in decoding and ripping. There is a good skin system including using winamp skins. Has ID3 taglist support, eq, and a minimize/winshade mode. (release status:$10 Shareware)
